ACTINCOMMON works in the field of New Work, brand spaces and interior design - we consult and design new creative spaces and office concepts.

INTERNSHIP

For our Berlin studio we are looking for support to design New Work environments and innovative office concepts, starting from October 2021.

You are an enrolled student of an interior architecture or design course with a high degree of creativity and curiosity. Good communication skills allow you to switch effortless between teamwork and independent work. CAD (Sketchup / Vectorworks) and 2D software skills are part of your everyday workflow. German is your project language and your English skills are confident. Your are a teamplayer and even in hectic situations you keep your calm and sense of humour.

The internship is scheduled full-time for at least six months and will be paid accordingly.

Due to German regulations, your application can only be considered with a certificate / statement from your university or college confirming the type and duration of your internship (Praxis-Semester / Pflichtsemester).

DESIGN ENGINEER

For our Berlin office we are looking for support in planning and execution as soon as possible. You have a high affinity for sophisticated design and a good eye for detail. You are a team player and colleagues are not your competitors. Strong communication skills make it easy for you to switch between teamwork and individual project work and help you to contribute naturally to projects. German is your project language and your English skills are confident. Your are a teamplayer and even in hectic situations you keep your calm and sense of humour.

Working with CAD (Autodesk Inventor a plus) and office software are part of your daily workflow, and you have a strong background in drafting detail solutions for wood and metal applications.

You will be based in Berlin, but travelling to our partner studio in Nuremberg / Fürth should not be a problem for you.

Your profile:

  • Professional experience in interior design (retail + office interiors a plus)
  • A lot of creativity and a structured workflow
  • Confident in Autodesk Inventor
  • Good knowledge of digital office tools
  • Strong teamplayer and the ability to manage projects individually
