The brand with the three stripes needs no introduction, it inspires sneaker heads and athletes all over the world alike. Through innovative products and inspiring collaborations, Adidas has set the standard time and time again.
Adidas' employee strategy creates the conditions to successfully implement the claim "Creating The New". A corporate culture based on the CCC concept, Creativity, Collaboration and Confidence, is an essential building block. As part of a comprehensive cultural change, old leadership formats were exchanged for a new global leadership model. Initiatives and programmes on "work-life integration" were the starting point to introduce flexible working hours and free choice of workplace. The stated goal was to create a creative work environment for employees. The spirit of "Creating the New" should be lived and made tangible through a new interior design at the headquarters in Herzogenaurach. A previously unused atrium in the heart of the Adidas campus was the ideal location.
Through intensive exchange with the Talent Management and Property Development departments we developed a detailed user profile in workshops and needs analyses - the basis for our concept and a new interior design. Extensive interviews with employees gave us the necessary feedback to put our concept to the test and refine it in detail.
The Adidas Valley has created a modern and flexible working environment that gives employees the opportunity to find the ideal environment to work flexibly and task-based according to their project requirements. Short walking distances offer the freedom to switch spontaneously between different situations. The combination of meeting opportunities and lounge platforms has created a lively and highly frequented coworking landscape, which haptically carries the claim of "Creating The New” into the building and actively supports a modern way of working.
